Refund & Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

    • Item must be unused, with original packaging & tags intact

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Final sale or clearance watches

    • Damaged items due to customer mishandling

  3. Return Process

    • Contact us at returns@watchsociety.in with order ID

    • Ship the item back as per our instructions

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days after inspection

    • Refund issued to original payment method

  5. Damaged or Wrong Product

    • If you receive a faulty or incorrect watch, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

    • Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
